- Take advantage of our nationally-recognised ‘best practice’ Induction Training Pack in your business. A free copy is available to each business on the programme – as a flip presenter pack or on CD.
- Work with your Business Coach on your priorities for action, e.g. improving productivity, team development, sales and marketing, growing the business.
- Attend our Best Practice Workshops – on ‘Direct and E-Marketing’ and ‘Boosting Sales and Productivity’.
- Find out how quality gives you a competitive edge – at our Quality Masterclasses.
- Benefit from our 'Skill Build' Seminars – on ‘Managing Service Excellence’, 'Adding Value to Your Restaurant’ and ‘Using Regional Produce’.
- All our events are run by hospitality, tourism and leisure sector specialists.
- Give your staff the opportunity to gain national recognition for their achievements - all staff assessed through our Induction Training Pack can receive a nationally-recognised certificate.
