Backed by the British Hospitality Association and all the main tourism employer bodies, the Profit Through Productivity programme comes with a proven track record of helping businesses in our sector to develop and enhance their performance.

The programme gives you tailored, on-site 'in the business' support and advice, together with 'best practice' workshops, seminars and toolkits. You can also confidentially benchmark your business performance - see how you 'measure up' against the competition and best practice.

What's more, we have a full subsidy of up to £4,000 per business to pay for the programme - the programme is completely FREE to all participating businesses.

A previous programme with 70 small tourism businesses led to each business, on average, improving their profits by £31,000.
